Photographer’s time starts when leaving the Studio and ends when returned to Studio.

FORMALS ONLY
AT CHURCH OR IN STUDIO
WEDDING & SPECIAL EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY
We will come to the church after the wedding to do formals of the bride, bride & groom, wedding party and family groups or special events. This is for a flash-on-camera photography. For studio light set-up, there is an additional $100.00 charge. A $150.00 deposit is due to reserve the date. 2 weeks before the wedding or event the remaining balance is due.

Total Cost of Formals Only $650.00
1-Hour Minimum on Professional Service Time.
Proofs are $7.00 each for formals only package.
With any order over $1500.00 a free set of proofs will be given.

WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHY $695.00
Video of your wedding or shower is available on DVD or VHS. Six hours of Videographer time is included in the package price. Videographers time starts from the time left the studio till the contractual obligation ends. Additional time can be purchased for $150.00 every hour of
professional service time.

STANDARD PAYMENT PLAN FOR WEDDING PACKAGES
Our customer payment plan is as follows:
A 1/3 deposit must be paid to book your wedding.
The balance is due one month before the wedding or special event. Newbrough Photo’s maximum liability for any matters including failure arising out of this photography order shall be limited to retail value of the photographic order indicated in this contract. Appointments will be on a first come, first serve basis. Any appointment canceled 8 weeks from the event or earlier will receive a full refund. If your appointment is canceled within 8 weeks prior to the date, everything but a $400.00 cancellation fee will be refunded
